Artists spontaneously performing in 12 St. Petersburg restaurants! Watch for fun surprises popping up in selected venues around town – 7-9 pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday, September 14-16. Performing artists of all ages and genres will pop up and perform in area restaurants and public places over the Performing Arts weekend of the Festival of the Arts.
